1.Services

DevMatrix provides a comprehensive suite of digital services designed to scale your business online, including:

• Website Design
• Website Development
• Website Maintenance
• SEO Optimization
• Website Redesign
• Hosting Assistance
• Technical Support

2.Client Responsibilities

To ensure project timelines and quality standards are met, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date business information
• Deliver requested copy, logos, images, and content on time
• Maintain legal ownership or license permissions of all submitted materials
• Make payments according to the agreed milestones and schedule

3.Payments

Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before project commencement. Failure to clear invoices according to agreed terms may result in:

• Immediate project progression delays
• Temporary suspension of development or design services
• Interruption of ongoing monthly website maintenance services

4.Website Ownership

Ownership boundaries are defined as follows:

• Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client owns the completed custom website layout design, visual assets, and content.
• DevMatrix retains intellectual property rights to proprietary tools, frameworks, source components, and reusable code libraries built into the website.

5.Website Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance plans cover specific technical support limits, including updates, security monitoring, server backups, bug fixes, and minor content edits (depending on the selected plan). Major redesigns, layout restructures, or new advanced functionality are out of scope and require separate custom pricing.

6.SEO Disclaimer

While we implement industry-standard search engine optimization practices (on-page parameters, visual speed, structured schema, clean headings), DevMatrix cannot guarantee specific page rankings, index rates, or traffic volumes on Google or other search engines.

7.Limitation of Liability

DevMatrix is not liable or legally responsible for any disruptions, including third-party hosting server failures, external platform outages, data loss caused by external software, or website crashes caused by unauthorized client-side code modifications.

8.Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship or ongoing monthly support plans at any time with a 30-day written notice. Outstanding payments for hours worked or milestones reached prior to termination must be cleared.

9.Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws within the European Union.
